He has extensive work and academic history in several disciplines, including but not limited to healthcare policy, supply chain management, nursing, and engineering. Since 2008, Saxon has lived and worked in Germany, UK, Australia, and Myanmar.

Saxon is a specialist know for working on the rapid realization of projects from concept to market with tight deadlines.
